Alaskan Sizzle

Very strong couple Gabe and Sage. They have a great slow build to their love which is appreciated. But when they go they burn the pages.

Thoroughly Enjoyed

I bought and read this book years ago. In fact I've read it about 3 times but found that nothing beats listening to it. I was very surprised to discover that I didn't remember much about the storyline, so it was like hearing the story for the first time. Leon Nixon's voice and narration was excellent and brought the story to life and had me in a zone I never wanted to come out of. I love, love, love a happy ending but I didn't want this story to end. I really wish we'd gotten a follow story about Rose and Parnell. As always BJ never disappoints 😞.

Narrator is key

As normal, Brenda Jackson has a great storyline. However, when listening on Audible, the narrator is key! I found this narrator to not live up to my expectations. I’ve gotten used to Pete Ohms and Ron Butler for Brenda Jackson books. With this narrator, there was no excitement or emotions and I found myself drifting and having to go back chapters to see what was happening.

Beautiful love story

Loved this book. I listened to it instead of going to bed, knowing I had to go to work in the morning.

Loved it!

This was my first audible. I didn’t think my attention would get me through a full book but the story was so good and easy to follow that I had no problems completing it. I love Sage and Gabe’s story. So heartwarming. I am going back now to read about Maxi and Chris!

Nice story

I liked the slow burn of Sage and Gabe’s love story. Love that she stayed committed to her decorous end things once trust was lost with her ex. Hated the situation she caught her father in, that would be devastating to most. Leon Nixon perfect as usual.

OMG! This book was amazing

There was the right amount of relatable drama as well as a constant moving storyline. I absolutely love this book!

However the characters were a little too childish for the level of their intelligence
