Great Resource!

I used this book before my Paramedic NREMT cognitive exam and passed on the first attempt! I listened in the car in the shower, in bed and whenever I had spare time that I couldn't be reading or studying another way. Great for review after the class before the test. There are questions at the ends of the chapters and one chapter of just questions. I liked how they give you a minute to answer then explained the correct answer.

Solid crash course

I listened to the entire audiobook for my road trip before my Paramedic practical and my Paramedic written. It was very well organized and went over a lot of solid key points. The only recommendation I would say is that after they are describing a disease and the signs and symptoms leave some space so that way the listener can repeat it back. I had to rewind a bunch of times just to relisten to make sure that I was hearing everything correctly. Overall an extremely great book to listen to and the quizzes at the end of each chapter were super helpful!

PDF doesn’t work. I prefer to listen and follow along but since the pdf is not coming up I am stuck.

I bought two different review audios. This one had the promised PDF materials, had good info, and was well-read. The other was a disappointment.

Be careful. These standards are over 10 years old. You will miss answers on the test.
