Loved the title, now I love the book.
Overthinking got you stuck in a loop? Yeah, same. Why won't my brain shut up? How do I stop spiraling?
I love this book because it breaks it down and actually offers solutions to quiet the noise. It's not the magical pill, you gotta take what it says and WORK ON IT (!!!), but I am finally ready to get out of my own head.
Overthinking Out Loud gets it. It’s not about forcing yourself to "just stop worrying" (because let’s be real, that never works), but about understanding why your mind works this way and giving it something better to focus on.
