No more pointless drama and pain

Overcoming overthinking, jealousy, possessiveness, and more, in relationships is somewhat of a ferocious beast to overcome. Whether it is jealousy over their past partners, watching them interact with someone that isn’t you, or even just seeing your partner reply to a text, anyone of these scenarios are something like them has the power to bring an absolute nightmare of drama and heightened emotional states that, in my opinion, kind of eclipse the whole point of the potential positive benefits of relationships to begin with (partnership, company, sharing experiences, trust, etc). But it doesn’t have to be like that, and Tiegan Williams will show you how to overcome these states in her excellent title ‘Overcoming Overthinking in Relationships’. She disperses excellent knowledge to advocate for healthy relationships such as avoiding pointless arguments, putting an end to jealousy (from both ends), growing trust, and so much more.

listening to this audiobook is help put things in two perspective for me I have seen how I have been overthinking I've learned to identify it underdresser in a way that is constructive I now feel closer with my other half and I feel over relationship is going on a little bit smoother than it was before so thank you for making this

The four types of thinking is so relatable to myself and different people I know. The author really does a great job of detailing each step and what they mean. Many people have jealousy and insecurity issues and I believe this book would really help them. The tools in this book will also strengthen your relationships and help you overcome the any doubts about your partner and improve trust. stop wasting time with jealousy

This book had some painful real-life examples. Too relate-able! It discusses common issues in relationships, like jealousy and insecurity, and explains how to communicate with your partner to work through them. Don't overthink it - just communicate. Don't play games. It's plain and simple, yet we all need this reminder! I found it helpful to have specific phrases to use to address these problems. I have a hard time formulating my thoughts clearly, so it was nice to have lots of everyday examples for how to respond to issues in your relationship. Simple, straightforward phrases are used. It's very vulnerable to express yourself this way, which might explain my prior struggles. But it's essential for healthy relationships! I especially liked the meditations and affirmations sections. I think this is great for any adult, or even teenagers learning to navigate their first relationships.
