Reference in the near future



I had no prior knowledge about deep sleep hypnosis, which is why I'm grateful I was able to listen to this. I had a great time listening to and learning about this sort of hypnosis, and I'm looking forward to using it as a reference in the near future.

The author does a nice job



The author does a nice job providing the differences in how our minds/bodies came to the conclusions they have which caused the anxiety and depression some live with today. The three suggestions the author provided that really caught my interest were: setting goals, keeping a thought journal, and starting with and maintaining a positive attitude. The author does state “ to keep realistic expectations” which I feel is important when starting anything new in life, but especially when you are working to correct something that involves the mind/body/soul.

great book

I’ve been looking for a book that can get my mind out of this negative state I’ve been in for a few years now. I’m so happy I come across this book and it’s worth the read. Soon as I finished it I started it again. It’s really helping me with negativity around me and helping me deal with negative emotions. Overall was a great book.
