This was a well written and narrated book series. This last one had all the drama of a war story and yet it is as fiction just a story. I reviewed book 5 in the series and said a listener should Buy that Book. There is no reason to say anything differently for this one. Wars eventually end and that being the case the series ended on a pleasant note.

Covered the human mental war costs and individual responses to the demands on body mind and courage, and the constant long term human struggle to rationalize what happened.

Excellent depiction of war and residual affects

It is an absolutely perfekt book... great end to a fantastic series. I rarely hear an audiobook that makes Me laugh out Lotus and brings tears to my enes...

A must read for 2018

this one brought tears to eyes, angered me, made me scream with rage. But most of all, I was hooked from the start. War is hell but Men and Women are stronger.

Amazing story line.

I plan to recommend this series to a number of friends, while each book is good the final one moves this series into a superb status.

Excellent

This is the final book of the Crash Dive Series. The book picks up where the last book ended with the sinking of the USS Sandtiger. Charles Harrison and some officers were captured by the Japanese. The enlisted men were rescued. This book tells about the Japanese prisoner of war camps and the treatment of prisoners.

I have grown to feel like I know each of the characters and they have become my friends. I feel sad to say goodbye to them. This has been a great historical fiction series about life on a submarine during World War II in the Pacific theatre.

The book is four hours and fifty-seven minutes. R. C. Bray does an excellent job narrating the series.

Gripping

By the time this series was over I felt like I not only knew the characters but that I knew someone like them. That is a gift that only a great author can give. If you like history, war stories or just a book about what it means to be human this is for you.

Possibly one of the best books I have ever heard.
