About the author:

When the noted thinker, author, and philanthropist, Valiant Thor, dictated this audiobook more than 100 years ago, he was just settling into his role as commander of the Venusian forces on Earth. He had actually put in many decades on our planet prior to that, although he was not, as they say, truly “in charge".

Being a relative novice at that time, Thor decided to break from traditional protocol and dictate a volume regarding the mysterious energy called "Vril". This may have been a mistake because certain Nazi necromancers found out about Thor's book and attempted to hijack the power of Vril for their own nefarious purposes.

Herein, the author states unequivocally, and for the record, that Vril has nothing to do with Nazism, fascism, racism, hate, or bigotry. Like most Venusians, Thor follows the teachings of Jesus Christ, Tecumseh, Krishna, and Buddha, which generally state that all men are created equal in God’s sight and are loved equally by God.

Use of breathing to gain vital energy (Vril)

First half of this book is not that exciting. It has a lot of terminology and covers different theories about “Vril”. Second part of the book has a practical application to life.

Narrator had a great tempo and pleasant voice to follow this book.

Off the Beaten Path -- well worth the read!

I didn’t know what to expect in this listen. It is fascinating how life energy is used in the universe. The author suggests listening to the audio three times to absorb the information to later ponder. The narrator, Valerie Gilbert, does a terrific job in helping the reader understand from the first read. The second read had me honing in on instances how Vril is used in the body’s inner workings. By the third listen I enjoyed practicing implementing some of the uses of Vril, such as proper breathing, bringing Vril into the body through the air and directing it to parts of the body to rejuvenate, hence the title of the book becomes apparent.

I am a person who is aware of how important eating live food is to the body to keep it healthy, drinking clean, pure water, and breathing unpolluted air. Now I understand why. However, I didn’t realize that all around us this life energy flows, and we can, through our minds, direct its mighty force.

If you are a person who loves to learn (sections are divided into lessons rather than chapters), seeking out new, or in this case, recognizing ancient wisdom, give this author a read. This is off the beaten path, but a subject which should interest many curious souls.

I Loved It!

This was by far one of the best books I have ever listened to! Don't let it's simplicity fool you. It is pack full of hidden knowledge that will change your life for the better. As I listened to the beautiful hypnotic voice of the narrator Valerie Gilbert I felt as though she was right there in the room with me, guiding me through the book. As each chapter, and lesson unfolded I couldn't wait to get to the next! Vril is very real, and powerful! As I followed each lesson I could literally feel it within me, healing me. I was left with a healthy, new, refreshed, positive feeling, and knowledge. I highly recommend this book to anyone who would like to discover how to use the powers of Vril!
