Interesting Superhero Story

I found this audible book to be very interesting and having a few surprises, especially at the end. With the twists and turns of an IT guy who has extra power and than combined with a new girlfriend and the Mafia, the story was awesome and I am looking forward to the next book. The story was well written and kept my interest throughout.

Fantastic Story

This story sounded familiar at first and I finally realized that the premise is similar to a video game called Infamous that I played years ago. This story is very well written and flawlessly narrated. I'm definitely looking forward to the next installment.

Great modern superhero story

It is an entertaining story of a young man discovering new abilities. He is a relatable character I was ruooting for from the begninning. It is as good as the better series' I see on TV. It was reminiscent of Daredevil at times.

The villian was intimidating. I know he's not the main focus as we get introduced to Fuse. Maybe as we continue, we'll get a more fleshed out bad guy.

A Super Hero is Born

Nicholas P. Dunker does a fantastic job reading this book. He brings the amazing characters, created by David Neth, to life. FUSE is the story of an everyday person who encounters dangerous situations. Has an occasional word that you might not want children to hear. Fun story.

Liked it but did not love it

I liked it well enough to listen all the way through the story. Some of the plot lines seem to be a bit hokey. The main story line seemed to be a bit forced in order to get the main character into situations where he would use his power. I am somewhat interested to see where the next story goes so I would say that I was hooked enough to make it worthwhile.

An Enjoyable Listen

I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, and found it very entertaining. One strike of lightning or one moment in the wrong place can change your life forever, as Ethan discovers . His very normal life is turned upside down and his goals change drastically as he learns to control his new powers. This tale is filled with interesting characters, suspense, lots of action and some humour, making it very enjoyable. I wasn't expecting it to end the way it did, so I'm looking forward to Book 2.

Great origin story for Fuse and the series start.

Having listened to David Neth’s Heat series and knew when I got chance to listen to the Fuse series I was going to jump on that opportunity. This origin story for Fuse was very entertaining. The character development and story line were well done. I’m looking forward to listening to the second book in this series. Once again Nicholas P Dunker’s narration took a very good story and elevated it to a higher level.
