so far, the better of the audio Bates based books
this one has more PDF pages to reference and the information is laid out in a way that is easier for me to understand than another audio book based on the Bates method I read. I like how this one seems to try to stay true to the original texts of Bates while also showing us some updated-current information. I look forward to seeing where I end up with the practice.

Very Necessary
This is a very innovative approach based on an ancient method. Are bodies are designed to heal themselves if we give them what they need and get out of the way. This is a great book to show you exactly how to do that.

Already seeing improvement
I already tried the Bates method before and reduced my myopia from -3.25 to -2. Yet I was able to achieve even more improvement during the time I listened to this book. At 45, I noticed I can read movie subtitles without glasses and I only used these methods for 1-2 weeks. I will continue using them and I am very optimistic about the future.

This book added more information to what i already knew since i started the natural vision improvement journey. I loved it I learned some "wow "things in here and i highly recommend it. I feel like it has gone deeper to clarify some things that I was wondering how to do. Buy this book!

Excellent!
I've been doing the Bates Method for several years, resulting in my vision coming down in diopters and the relief of eye strain. I had a very high prescription for near-sightedness, so it's been a relief to not panic if they fall off the nightstand and I need to walk to the light switch or another room without them! It was exciting to see Esther's book on Audible, as I was ready for a refresher and reminders. Her work is comprehensive but so practical and easy to follow. The narrator wasn't my favorite for nonfiction. She's fine when it's strictly informative reading, but she strays to using affectations and emotions for areas that don't need it. Almost like she's reading to children. And I wish questions from readers and anecdotes hadn't been acted out. Plain reading would have sufficed. Thankfully, these instances are a small percentage of the book, so it's doable in order to get the critical information. Also, playing it at a faster speed smooths over some of those nuances.

Impressed and inspired
As my eyes are easily strained and tired by reading, I chose to listen to the audio book before performing the recommendations here.
I want to thank the author for her in-depth knowledge and experience and her thorough yet warm sharing for the benefit of anyone with vision difficulties.
The narration is by far the best I have ever heard! Her voice is friendly and full of warmth while conveying very naturally the message of the author.
Thank you both!
I’m left inspired and have already started with many of the suggestions given.
It’s too early to gauge the results, but I am confident in returning to clear vision.
