A true to life plot with strong characters-the ending will SHOCK YOU! You Think when you really know what’s going on, you don’t!

Enjoyable but dragged at parts

It was interesting how the book was told from the perspective of a sex worker. At times it was very good, but at other times, it dragged, especially in the middle, to the point that I started listening at 1.2 speed and soon was listening at a 1.5 speed.

Suspense. Great detail. Love her work

I was ENGROSSED with this piece. Great detail, some would say ‘drawled out’ I say it puts you into the moments. Love her work. Highly recommend!

This storyline was unexpected and progressively unfolds new twists throughout that will keep you listening!

Wow! There’s more than just one last secret!

This book should be turned into a movie. It twists and turns and takes you to places you never thought it would. Just when you think you know what’s going on, you turn the page and it goes in a complete other direction. This book kept me hooked. Now I’m off to find some more books by Adele Parks!

Fantastic story, but trigger warnings!

The story is fantastic. Very original. I like that. It was told from the point of the sex worker. It was brutally honest.

If you have issues with rape sexual assault, that kind of thing don’t read this book. I am a survivor of sexual abuse, and I was OK listening to it, but there were times that I was almost sick to my stomach. But that’s just me -Well written. definitely worth the credit.

Good story

Overall, I like this book a lot. However, it was a little slow to start off. It was hard to keep my attention. But after the first couple of chapters, I couldn’t stop listening to it. The end caught me off guard which was a good thing. I would give it a try.
