"Helga, schnell, die Russen kommen!" 1945 ist Oma Helga in der Pubertät und kämpft mit ihrer schönen Schwester Inge um die Gunst der Besatzer. 1955 schickt man Helga dann aufs Land. Den Dorfwirt soll sie heiraten. Sowohl Helga als auch die Wirtin haben damit wenig Freude. 1989 organisiert die geschäftstüchtige Oma Busreisen nach Ungarn, um Tonnen von Fleisch über die Grenze zu schmuggeln. Bevor sie - inzwischen schon über achtzig - in See sticht und mit der Enkelin im handgreiflichen Wettbewerb um den Kreuzfahrtkapitän buhlt.

Ein absolutes „Muss“ für Eckart Fans
Bevor ich dieses Buch empfähle, würde ich mich erst vergewissern, ob die Person mein Interesses selbiges für die Autorin hegt. Wer sie mag, hat ein Bonbon gefunden, das es genüsslich zu vernaschen gilt. Wer dem Stil eher abgeneigt oder skeptisch begegnet, sollte dieser Fährte vielleicht lieber folgen und auf Abstand bleiben. Man liebt sie. Oder hasst sie. Lisa Eckart hat Grauzonen jeder Art vermint. Kein Zutritt für Unentschlossene. -
P.S. Auch als Interpreting: ungeschlagen - für jedes Genre. Sie findet Zugang zu allem. Und weist ihm jedem, der neugierig genug ist, Ihr zu folgen. „Chapeau, Madame.“

Ein herausragendes Buch
Ich bin restlos begeistert, Lisa Eckart ist m.e ein Ausnahmetalent. Omama ist so lebendig geschrieben und wunderschön gelesen - besser geht es nicht. Mag der Inhalt auch manchmal Hrrrmpf sein, Lisas Stimme trägt darüber hinweg und man verzeiht den Fauxpas. Die Zeit des Hörens hat man eh ein Schmunzeln auf den Lippen, lauscht gebannt und malt sich schillernd aus, was Omama im Leben so begegnet. Herrlich!
