A must read!

I hope everyone in America reads this book before it’s too late. Thank you Liz and all the brave people who stood up and continue to stand up to save our republic- this is not a drill! You are a hero!!

Outstanding

I was taken back when suddenly the audio played of the House of Representatives was being breached. The sounds vibrating of the chambers walls as people were told to take off their government pins and check for gas mask under their seat brought back the horror of that day. I was not even there. I was just watching on TV. But the horrific feelings of that day were stirred anew!
Learned many new facts that explained so much. Forever grateful to Liz Chaney for all her service to our country!

Great Reminder and Warning

Evan as a republican, Liz Is a bit too hard core for me. But, I would never find fault with her love of our country and her personal sacrifices to preserve our democracy. I recommend this book to all real patriots of this land and if possible, gift it to your own personal cult followers. I believe as a 22year military veteran that the people in most need of this book will never read it. To the rest of us…the fight is not over. God bless the United States of America!

Every American should read this book

Liz Cheney did an incredible job detailing the behind the scene events within the Republican Party during the Trump administration. Cheney is a true American patriot who wasn’t afraid to stand up for democracy and protect our country with her commitment to honor her oath. Cheney exposes the rot and decay of MAGA Republicans who are loyal to only Trump and are still willing to sacrifice democracy and their morality if it means clinging to power for Trump. A must read for everyone regardless of political party.

Perhaps her party can hear

Liz Cheney will go down in history in her fight to evil. She has stood tall and speaks truth. I have been a Republican my entire life. The current party does not represent any of the Principles of how I was raised. If others in the Republican party would have had her character and courage we wouldn’t be in a fight to save our democracy. No surprise Kevin McCarthy announced he is retiring. Liz has told her story. Everyone should read her book. She learned in her journey to work with others to uncover the truth about January 6th and how Trump called the mob and incited the mob. Well produced with audio from the day embedded in her book.

I am impressed by Liz Cheney.

I do not share her political approach. I am a democrat. I am, however, in awe that she stood for up to the maga party. I hope with her efforts we can save this democracy so that we can move forward. Have our government do the work of the people not what Donald Trump wants the house to do.

Bravery

I wish the home of the brave, included the current GOP.
Unfortunately, it is now TSP, Trump’s Seditious Party.

I know what it is like to work with a narcissist, which I did for a decade. It is the most confusing personality trait that I have ever had to try to understand.
Eventually I came across the definition of the characteristics I had struggled to understand, and also found the key to its creation.
It was the abuse of a stepfather upon the mother and children, resulting in at one point residing in a car. Low self-esteem caused the attacking and belittling of all others.

This is why I have stopped supporting Republicans.

One of the most important books, each of us needs to read, or in this case hear

Liz Cheney has masterfully written a book that is, and should be as important for each American to read and understand as the federalist Papers by Alexander Hamilton!
Oh, it is expertly laid out with relentless pursuit of actual fax regarding January 6. This book should be required reading. in every high school as young men and women approach the age of voting.

Lifting the vail

I have never been so shaken by the recounts in this book.
Thank God there are still American politicians that are more interested in doing what is right for the WHOLE country. Rather than what is right for them personally. THANK YOU Liz!
