Best book I've read/listen to on confidence. The author has hit confidence from many different angles, a lot of principles Ive heard from other books but he explains it better giving me many lightbuld moments during the book. I usually get annoyed when authors try being funny, but his humor is entertaining and makes for a good listen.

I listened to this audio with the expectation of building confidence. What I received was much more valuable. From interacting with the opposite sex or even strangers. I feel I can more outgoing and personable with everyone. Confidence is not something you do, it is something you are from deep within. It comes from your core. The author includes simple steps and visualization techniques that will be useful to any reader who is looking to build on the confidence pathways within our mind.
