Story
Quiet Quit & Fully Live is a thought-provoking exploration of the quiet quitting phenomenon, challenging the negative connotations it often carries. The book explores how stepping back from over-engagement at work can lead to a more balanced life, enhanced personal well-being, and surprisingly, a boost in workplace productivity. It argues that by setting healthy boundaries, individuals can reignite their passion for their roles and bring a renewed sense of purpose to their teams.

Story
When we stop beating ourselves up and start helping ourselves instead, we find the peace we’ve always wanted—but never thought possible. Most of us are trying to succeed our way out of insecurity. But it never ends. This is the fundamental problem of all high achievers: our desire to get more, win bigger, be better, and prove once and for all we’re good enough is not enough. Proving anything to your satisfaction is a rational process. But feeling like we’re not good enough is an emotional conclusion.

Lucas knows the perfect night entails just three things: video games, wine, and pad thai. Peanuts are a must! Other people? Not so much. Why complicate things when he’s happy alone? Then one day the apartment board, a vexing trio of authority, rings his doorbell. And Lucas’s solitude takes a startling hike. They demand to see his frying pan. Someone left one next to the recycling room overnight, and instead of removing the errant object, as Lucas suggests, they insist on finding the guilty party. But their plan backfires. Colossally.
