When Andrew is finally released from prison, Lindsey believes she has cut all ties and left the past behind her. But she gets the sense that someone is watching her, tracking her every move. Her new boyfriend is threatened. Her home is invaded, and her daughter is shadowed. Lindsey is convinced it's her ex-husband, even though he claims he's a different person. But has he really changed? Is the one who wants her dead closer to home than she thought?

Like listening to a robot

Story was fair. Show to start. Finished well. One narrator was seriously worse than listening to a robot

It's Ok

I found this to be a pretty good book, but maybe not up to par with the other Chevy Stevens books I've listened to. Although the ending was predictable, the twists and turns kept me guessing as to the motivations of each character for a majority of the story. The only issue I have is with the narration of Sophie's character, which was one of the worst I've ever heard. The strange pauses and over dramatization was painful to listen to, and very distracting.

great story

I was guessing who the killer was all the way to the end. there were so many twists and turns that kept the truth hidden.

Storyline was really good

I enjoyed this story. It was a little predictable and the voice of Sophie was kinda annoying but still a good plot overall

Great twist

Really good book kept you engaged. A total unexpected twist from what the author was making you think and I greatly appreciate that because not very many books surprise me when it comes to the plot.
