A Sweet Sexy Historical Romance

This book was lovely. The hero was swoony, the heroine was smart. Highly recommend this.

Something A Little Different

This story was a little different than most historical novels, Whereas the hero was found and made a duke or an Earl, but in this story went in reverse and the hero lost his title. It was a clever story with likable characters.

The problem was with the performance. Ms. Bond had a delightful reading voice but completely ruined the story with her male character voices. Sorry, I wanted to continue with the series as I like the story, but will not waste money as the enjoyment of listening is just not to my liking.

2nd time listening. Worth it. Narration was excellent. Love how her mind works in unraveling the story, Good and sexy.

First book is okay but it's a great series.

If you were not a fan of this first book I encourage you to continue to the second book. The rest of the series is so good. I absolutely loved book two, three, and four. Some people may find this book a bit slow and the beginning but the ending is great. This book introduces you to all the characters that are going to be in the next four books which is really important. The other downside to this audible book is not the story itself...but...it's the narrator. She is terrible! there's so many times where I cringed listening to her but if you try to ignore some of her moments and really focus on the story you will see that it's a good story.

Didn't like!

I won't listen to anymore Mm Egan Frampton books! I've listened to two books, and they are both laced with really vulgar words and actions. I've listened to many, many sexual books but Ms Frampton are truly dirty- and it gets to be too much! No more!
