Loved it!! the book was good but the narater was great!! she really makes it!!

First Warhammer book I have heard.

The narrators range of voices was a challenge, and she completed it well. Story was great and I look forward to listening to more.

A very cinematic telling of war. i believe it would be enjoyable, even for a non-warhammer listener

Thrilling

This book was much more in depth and interesting than i imagined it would be. A diverse cast of characters motives and back stories made me binge the whole book

Great but there is too much inner monologuing

The setting is dark and over the top which is exactly what I expect and appreciate from Warhammer. The main character is fascinating and fun to read except for the fact that she monologues way too much in her head which could be fine but it almost takes away some of the mystery and is also overbearing at times. She is otherwise a great character. Overall a great read.

I review I guess

I liked it tho the ending and the last battle felt rushed. The fleshing of the undead is always nice

Pretty good

The writing of the battles seemed hard to follow, but the intrigue was quite good. Almost a little too "Just as planned" in some cases, but overall it was a good listen.

Great novel for those interested in the soulblight

A great look at the society of the soul blight gravelords and the scheming nature of nearly all of AOS's vampires.
