This is a wonderful guide
I didn’t expect this to go so hard into the actual growing side, like it legit walks you through setting up a healing garden even if all you’ve got is a balcony. The herb profiles are super detailed not just what they do but where they come from and how Indigenous folks actually use them which i appreciated way more than the usual fluffy health blog stuff. I tried the tea recipe for stress and no joke i knocked out like I’d taken melatonin. There's also this 30 day challenge in there that got me way more into daily herbal stuff than i thought i’d be wasn’t preachy, just super easy to follow.

more than medicine
This is more than just medicine as it goes into the culture and history of how native American use herbs. Plants are more than just a medicine they are living things with spirit and energy. A lot of stuff about growing herbs the Native American ways. Special growing technique and step by step, growing zone etc. It can also be said this is a growing book not just about herbal medicine.
