Publisher's summary

Strip it. Flip it. Get home by Christmas.

That was the plan.

Falling for a gorgeous, antler-wearing waitress with a knockout smile?

Even the best laid plans go awry.

Big shot CEO Greyson Blair can't believe he's stuck spending the holidays in the Ass-End-of-Nowhere handling the sale of a decrepit mansion he never asked to inherit.

The house is a wreck, the locals are crazy, and there's a waitress at the diner pretending to be French.

Allie Brooks is everything he’s not: warm, funny, and vivacious. And she keeps her sparkle even when she’s working three jobs to support her orphaned nieces.

She’s also the only hired help in town, and Greyson never mixes work and pleasure.

One nosy neighbor, a burst pipe, and a grudging stint as Santa Claus later, he’s beginning to wonder if that particular rule was made to be broken. By Christmas morning, the only thing Greyson wants to strip and flip…is her.

This festive romp is a laugh-out-loud, emotionally sweet, occasionally steamy romantic comedy sure to leave you chuckling long after the last minute. I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed writing it!

Small-town CEO finds love

this is the book I've read of Harmony Knight, but it was well written and captures your attention. The narration lead the story.

Super Cute

I really enjoyed this new to me author. The story is a great Christmas seasoned romance. It was sweet and charming had the typical small town girl, meets big city guy, very little angst with a happily ever after and several epilogues.

Tended to be ridiculous

I’m sorry, I wanted to like this book but the storyline went off the rails at times. Who paints a house in upstate New York in December? Some things did not fit and took away from the romantic trope.
