So charming

This book was such a sweet read and definitely left me wanting more. I was rooting for Eloise and Gray from the beginning! The town, team and characters were all so charming and made the book feel so special. A wonderful read!

Sweet and clean love story

The narrators do a great job of telling this love story that is light-hearted and clean.

Wonderful!

Engaging, good character development. I didn’t get bored nor did I get really annoyed at the main characters for being flighty or dumb or ridiculous like can happen sometimes. It was sweet but real too, lots of feels but no smut. Also a twist but I won’t spoil it!

I enjoyed seeing the characters from book 1 even though you don’t have to have read the first one to understand what’s going on. I would definitely recommend reading the first one though cuz it’s super fantastic.

Narrators were good too. Good inflection. I could listen to it more than once. Book 1 I have listened to more than once too! I like this author a lot!!

Great, sweet, and fun story!

Love the performances and Loveland character cameos! Eloise is a girl you’ll cheer for! Gray wins you over too.

She also wears her heart on her sleeve. The Chicago Comets have asked her to assist with a new player that’s been traded to their team, and she is ready to tackle the challenge. The more time Eloise spends with Grayson Hawke, the more she starts to see underneath the grizzly exterior.

I seem to always be drawn to Courtney Walsh’s works of art. They are always such a good read and/or listen, and are always a feel good story that I know will brighten my day. The way that the characters are always built up, and she allows for the reader to hear the characters inner monologue as well to make the connection with them that much stronger. This whole book was a gem, and I really enjoyed the hockey content, all the teammates and just overall chemistry.

When she gets a job with the local hockey team to help their new star player get acclimated, fall in love with the city and make his life easier, she jumps at the chance. Turns out the new player is no stranger after all. While they are total opposites, she starts to see the man he really is not what everyone thinks he is. As they get to know each other will they be able to keep things professional?

I thought this was a really cute story. My favorite character was Gray and his grumpy attitude. The banter between Gray and Eloise was hilarious. This was a grumpy vs sunshine trope and I loved it! I also loved Scarlett and her tell it like it is approach. She is just the sweetest little girl!

This is book 2 in the Holidays with Hart Romance series. I will be patiently waiting the for the last Hart sister to get her story.

Love book 2!

Eloise and Grey’s story is wonderful and I enjoyed seeing the characters from My Phoney Valentine again. Looking forward to Raya’s story!
