The beautiful young woman dressed in a bridal gown was found strangled in a manure strewn cow shed.
There seem to be few suspects until Hillary and the team start digging and snooping to good effect. The office politics are complicated, but not nearly the mess this crazy case turns out to be. A riveting read!
Gemma Dawson is the voice actor who really brings even more credibility to the story.

Liked Hillary

I am a fan of Joy Ellis and Peter Grainger. I used the website Gnooks to find similar authors. Faith Martin was one of the suggested authors. I liked Hillary but was disappointed in her team. They really didn’t show any camaraderie. in fact Frank resents her and Janine seems interested only in the glamorous parts of the job and catching a rich husband. Tommy was the only team member with a good attitude.

Better than the first book

So much mystery and surprise ending, loved it, look forward to the next book

Story and Reader

Enjoyed the twist and turn and lead character and her love interest and especially where she chose to live

Brillant Story

The story has human interest, réal quand ries but thankfully lacking tacky love scènes! Excellant pacing and clubs allow you to make at least semi correct conclusions!!

A rich review of how to solve a murder.

The characters are real, human and easy to know, if not particularly like.
Love the story telling aspect. Great voice. Not the run of the mill crime story.
