Just as the competition heats up, everything falls apart when the judge is found dead-and covered in crumbs from Lindsey's signature cookie!

But wanting something to read/listen to that would be for pure escapism and not to demanding I stumbled across
cozies. For the most part i have found books from other cozy authors extremely cliche ridden and cheezy.
Then I discovered the Beacon Bake Shop series and was hooked., Charming setting, compelling characters, a budding romance and usually a decent mystery. Excellent narration to boot. I cant wait for the next one to be released.
