Excellent
Sabrina hasn’t found the killer in four days, she is afraid she won’t solve. These are delightful cozy mystery. With the great narration by Stephanie Quinn they are so much more. One is always delighted to listen to these over and over. Given audio for my voluntary review

Murder and Delicious Shortcake (Sabrina Carlson Novella), My fifty-first short read/listen from prolific author Meredith Potts, Well-written & enjoyable. another cute, clean cozy mystery. I was given an Audible copy of this book & am voluntarily reviewing it. I was impressed and enjoyed the vocal variety & inflections of narrator Stephanie Quinn. I look forward to reading more in this series & from this author. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

Great Read
Murder and Delicious Shortcake (Sabrina Carlson Novella) was another great read by Meredith Potts. Sabrina has spent the last four days on a case that she can’t find the killer for. She’s terrified that the killer will get away. I enjoyed reading Sabrina doing anything she can to find the killer. I can’t wait to read more by Meredith Potts.

Is Sabrina stumped?
Murder and Delicious Shortcake is an enjoyable cozy mystery. Meredith Potts’ characters are realistic and interact in a real life way. Stephanie Quinn does a good narration of the audio book. Sabrina and her detective husband are busy investigating the murder. Ms Potts writing keeps you guessing until the end. Enjoyable mystery.

I was bored
This short murder mystery got off to a slow start and never caught my interest. I didn’t find the husband and wife investigative team very believable. The dialog was inane and the plot was dull. It is clean Christian fiction if that’s a plus for you.
Stephanie Quinn did ok with narration. She’s easy to understand, her pacing is fine, and she uses distinct character voices, but I wasn’t fond of her voices. I am picky about narration and only enjoy audiobooks when the narrator really adds to my enjoyment of the story. That didn’t happen here.
I’d recommend listening to the sample to judge how you’ll react to the narration and the writing style.
