I love the authors writing style, stories, and the characters! I can't wait until thebnext installment. We still haven't met the Admiral and I can't wait to read how he receives his new grandpupper. Excellent series!

Maddy can read the patterns and clues others don’t see and will design them all together until the make sense or should I say mix them together and prepare them for baking! Go Maddy!

I need more!!!

I loved these two books and need more. I got a good feeling I know who killed Aunt Octavia. And... I wanna know had the Admiral's visit goes. I need more immediately. This is a feel-good and funny read from start to finish with a whole lot of who dunnit thrown in. #LuvmesomeBabyCakesBakery

Good mystery with the perfect voice!

I savored this book, as I did the first. Genuine dialogue, likable characters, excellent all the way around. I hope there’ll be more in the series!

Great Short Mystery

I usually hate "cozy mysteries", but this book and its predecessor are both fun and well-written without being painfully cheesy, filled with romance themes, and other usual cozy mystery problems. Instead, the characters are interesting and build from the first book, themes are diverse, and there seems to be a bigger theme building from the first book to a probable third book.

Great new series!

This series is lighthearted, fun, and funny - great characters and the narrator really brings them to life. Can’t wait for the next book!
