Kept me guessing

I couldn't wait to finish this one. I had a few insights about who was behind some of the trouble, but not the big picture. I love a story that keeps me interested.

The setting, storyline personal interaction.

Wholesomeness of the storyline, complications of the characters and the interactions between the characters. A very well written story!

Not a K9 search & rescue book

I love K9 search & rescue books. To me this was not that kind of book. There wasn’t hardly any mention of the dog at all. The main character was peppy even when in danger & worries about her friend.

I had a hard time following. It’s not a bad book just didn’t fit what I was looking for.

It's ok

it's ok if you're on a long drive or doing chores of some kind. Other books in series have kept my interest much more than this one did. The dog was a minor support character and only allowed a couple of places to add anything to the story. The main male character had to have everything explained to him because he was a genius at computers but dumb on human relationships. That got on my nerves. Overall the story, the characters, the plot, just everything except the narration was weak and disappointing. The lady narrating did a real good job working with what she had. Normally even in cozy books I haven't figured out who did it after just a couple of chapters. I listen to a lot of audio books. There are over 1000 (yes one thousand) books in my library so I know what I am saying. The other thing is I don't write reviews. I've reviewed 4 or 5 maybe. Narrator is only way this got a 3.
