Excellent book for everyone from students to working professionals and public in general

Truly motivating and in many ways an eye opener as to how being present and being human can make a huge difference at work and life. Highly recommended for working professionals who also happen to lead teams. Equally recommended for team members who contribute to the goals of an organization.

These two Gentleman are so easy to listen to

I could listen to Jon Kabat-Zinn and Daniel Goleman for hours. They have this banter that keeps you interested and the topic of course is what keeps all of us in the world. I mean keeps us " in the world." Keeping yourself in the moment is what keeps us out of the Doctors office, listen and find out for yourself.
Great job Guys and keep-um comin'.

It's a podcast & it should be free

I listened to it twice wondering if I missed anything. it rather encourages the audience to buy the books of the both authors, which in fact sounds like an hour long commercial. I wanted to return it. the system refused. I would rather get a zen book instead. the content is not what the title is.
