Overall excellent meditation practice
I've been practicing Easter meditation and chi gong exercises my entire life. This audio is an incredible tool to gain control of your consciousness. Being able to reel in your thoughts and there by control your emotions is at the heart of all spiritual practice. It's great to experience high level meditation without the sometimes confusing aspect of ancient ritual or cultural flavor. I would highly recommend this audio to anyone interested in balancing all aspects of there life.
