Just what I needed
This book is sweet, touching, and got me thinking. I lost my mom last month and listening to this multigenerational community of people and their love for one another just hit right. Narration was wonderful. The tone of this book was not too much and not too little. It was just right.

Inspiring
I loved everything! Tuesday, Harlow, Matt - all broken and healed through Emmanuel’s love. The Starlight and Sea Blue Beach were wonderful with their secrets and observations. Hauck is a master at pop trivia and time markers in her stories. This one is no exception. The narrators did a commendable job as well. Listen or read this one. It’s swell, gnarly, and a hoot. It’ll get under your skin and stick in the best possible way!

Good old fashioned story
I liked the old (1940's) story and how it melded with the current. It was an old fashioned story, with a little bit of God and a lot of happy. One of the narrators was stiff but all in all, it was very enjoyable.

Brings back memories! So good!
Meet me at the Starlight is the cry through the tears as Tuesday Knight runs the roller-skating rink in Sea-blue Beach. Near Ft Walton Beach and near where I live, so that was fun too! Movie stars come home for the summer and help Save the Starlight from the wrecking ball. Can they do it? So many folks from its past come back to reminisce and help out! The songs played are popular ones…most I know. Remember skating to the Hokie Pokie? That was the best part of skate night! What a walk down memory lane. Mystery and surprises and a little romance too! I loved it. Narrators were good too!
