Great book for athletes, coaches and parents

I bought the audiobook version and found the content and the narration original and pertinent. It is easy to listen to, I’ve learned new concepts to apply in my daily routine at practice – Great book that is helping me to better understand how to develop my mindset and how I can apply it in my sport and my life. The chapter 4 [building a strong foundation of confidence] needs more developing in my opinion. But overall, the book is well written, well narrated and practical. Well done to its author!
