thoroughly annoyed
I'm not quite sure how I finished. I think the main character is whiny, and the story is very repetitive. The British accent kept throwing me off. I didn't feel much emotion from the narrator.

Cute
This book was cute but very repetitive. The book could have been shorter if the author wasn’t repeating themselves. For example the convo with the father, or Lucas thoughts on telling the truth. Sometimes I thought my app was glitching cause I would hear the same thing back to back. The narrator was a bit robotic. Needed emotion. This story is still cute and I still recommend people to give it a try.

Repetitive
This was a cute short story. It felt a bit redundant at times with the characters POVs. Would have liked more scenes involving the characters actually dating and what not. There are more scenes with them individually, with their separate problems than there are of them as a couple.
2x 3rd person POV, misunderstanding trope, HEA, no spice (not even any kissing that I can remember). No mention of what characters really look like so you don't get a sense of the "curvy girl" vibes, just go by what's on the cover.
Otherwise this was a nice, fun, quick read if you need something light for in between books. There are a couple more in this series, I am contemplating checking them out. I grabbed this one during a Stuff-Your-Kindle Day, so I have an idea of her style now to make my decision. 😊
