When you know, you know!

I loved this story. The characters were well developed and so sweet. I did get irritated with Evangeline when she lied to Marco. I felt she should have trusted him.

Marco is going to high school at a prep school but as part of a mafia family, it isn't as easy it seems. He doesn't have any interest in any of the cliques or school politics. Marco was ok with how things were until he sees the new girl. He isn't ready for Evangeline. The good girl is shy, smart, and curvy and Marco wants to get to know her better. H should back off, but when he sees something that he wants, he gets it.

Evangeline is hoping for a chance to go to college, and attending Brightwood Prep is going to pave the way for her to do so. Her Grams is working at a local estate so that Evangeline could attend the school. Evangeline is determined she will stay focused on her schooling but then she meets Marco and everything changes. She knows that Marco is a bad boy and he's decided that he is going to keep her no matter the cost.

This story made me happy. It's my first book by this author and now I've decided I will have to read more of her work. The way Marco was so protective and his family was awesome. Evangeline's Grams was hilarious and wonderful. I loved their happy ever after. I definitely recommend reading this book! Or listening to it since that was also enjoyable.

It’s a cute mafia story…HS sweethearts to marriage kinda book. Some triggers but nothing to angsty it does have a HEA. I like MINK’S books because she gets to the point and gives you a good feeling in the end. Is it worth a credit? YES, babydoll it’s worth it❣️💋💍

Never disappointed

I loved this story. I especially enjoyed how there small clips of Sophia and Nick. I also enjoyed how their story line ended.

Performances were excellent, as expected. I really enjoy listening to both of there narrators.

Marco

I really liked Marco in His Virgin Queen, so I was so happy to find his story. Loved the hero, hated the villain and Evangeline complemented her hero beautifully. Spoiler alert-I love when characters get what they deserve! Kudos to Lance and Mackenzie once again! Another Must Read from Mink!💖
