Intelligence is usually seen as the ability to think and learn, but in a rapidly changing world, there's another set of cognitive skills that might matter more: the ability to rethink and unlearn. In our daily lives, too many of us favor the comfort of conviction over the discomfort of doubt. We listen to opinions that make us feel good, instead of ideas that make us think hard. We see disagreement as a threat to our egos, rather than an opportunity to learn.

Geat for people just starting a career
This book is great for people just starting a career. It offers great advice to junior executives for dealing with bad bosses. However for those that are more advanced there career this book is more platitude than actionable advise.

Pass on this one. Not helpful
Simplistic. Too short. Pretty well she has no skills to offer. It's your problem to figure out and she doesn't help.

Don't waste your time with this one
This author obviously has not worked for real bully of a boss after 2009. Since 2009 bad boss are cruel and can not be reasoned with or trusted. As some one who worked in HR said it, since 2009, companies run lean and mean! The book is obsolete. This advise may have worked in the 80's

bit worth a credit
the idea of this is good, but not worth a credit to listen to just a small piece of what should be a much larger book
