Awesome book!

Halfway through the audiobook, I wish I had bought the paper book as it has a ton of references to other resources. I'm not disappointed as it is worthy of anyones library.

don't change the recipe

I have purchased the audio book and download copy. One mistake I made was changing up his advice. I feel this is common, people think they can do it better, or omit things that don't seem important.You won't omit sugar out of cookies to make them healthier, This is a great book for the break-fix shop that wants to go MSP or the MSP that wants to make a change. Even if you took one lesson from the book and applied it to your business, your ROI will be ten-fold.Most break-fix one man shows have the same thing in common, they focus on the IT side vs focus on their business. You can't grow a business while you work in it.

I've started my MSP a year ago and wished I had read this book prior too! The book should be in any MSP owners library for all the practical knowledge and lessons learned that can be taken from it.

Straight and to the point!!

This book is straight and to the point. Easy to listen to and understand.. He details what you need to know to get started or even if you are established and how to grow into an MSP.

Must have for MSP startup

Very necessary book, especially for someone getting into the MSP game for the first time. The audible version was so useful that I would like a hard copy as well as his other books.

Very practical and direct

The author doesn’t waste your time with fluff. He gets straight to the point, giving very direct advice and solid reasoning for that advice. He knows you are trying to build a business and want to help you get profitable as soon as possible.
