Some golden nuggets, some mediocre advice

Some of the advice given only made my male partner even more agitated and the passive aggressive ways of handling the garbage (as the example) only served to make pur household a disaster as he waited for me to cave in because he saw through this manipulation tactic. Also, the section about "focused" men doesn't have a disclaimer that the person could have ADD/ADHD and need help prioritizing tasks and that they genuinely don't mean to be neglectful/hurtful/ignoring you; they are hyperfocused on the other thing and are probably not actively avoiding you or responsibility.
