Publisher's summary

In a bonus Montgomery Ink novella, it seems that falling for your best friend isn't as easy as fiction says, and friends of the Montgomerys might finally find their happy ever after.

Wedding planner Arianna King had everything planned out down to the last detail until her father's ultimatum changed everything. Now she's alone, trying to open her own business, and seemingly failing at every corner. Just when things start to look even bleaker, she'll find out just how much she can rely on her best friend - and herself.

Being in love with your best friend isn't always easy, as Harper Rosso knows. He's been by her side since the beginning, but now that she finally has time to breath, he might just be able to show her what he could be for her. Only he'll have to make sure he's ready to take that chance and perhaps lose her forever.

Sparks fly between the two of them once they finally take their relationship to the next level. Only the burning temptation that fills them might not be enough in the face of what they left behind and what threatens their future.

Love, Honor, and Ink was originally found in the Once Upon a Valentine Anthology.

Cute, quick and steamy story. Harper and Arianna have been friends for years...Harper in love and Ari with no clue. When Ari’s father gives her an ultimatum to stay at his wedding planning company, she quits. Harper steps in to help when Ari starts her own company...and they eventually become a couple...but will they get their HEA?

Love, Honor, Ink

This is a cute quick little story about Ari and Harper. I love how Ari stood up to her father… I also am a lover of friends to lovers books. This is a novella that is set in the Montgomery Ink world. We have meet Harper before as he is the newest employee at Montgomery Inc. I really love how we get side stories for the minor characters we meet in other books.

Love, Honor, and Ink

Best Friends to Lovers has always been one of my favorite tropes and Carrie Ann Ryan knows how to ring out the best parts of a friendship and turn it into an incredible HEA. Of all of her books and storylines that include friends to lovers, I have never felt that any of them were repeats of another. Each is unique and has its own memorable parts. Arianna and Harper are so great together and their familiarity with each other only strengthens the rest of the story when they have to stand against family.

Fun, flirty friends to lovers

I listened to this audiobook today and thoroughly enjoyed the friends to lovers storyline. One of the major things I liked about this book was how strong Ari could be. She stood up to her father, not once, but twice. And she stood up to Harper when she felt like he wasn't letting her fight her own battles. She is a strong, independent woman with a bright head on her shoulders and a loving heart.

I loved Gregory Salinas as these characters. He portrayed the working man Harper as gruff and the father as entitled. Such vastly different personalities, but well portrayed.

A great love story.

This is a short story but it is a great one. Harper and Arianna have been best friends for years and have always been there for each other. This means even more when Ari quits her job at her father’s company.
