Haunted by Aliens
James Cantrel is a high school student seeking to do and be better in his new high school. However, things take a turn for the bizarre and James is trying to figure out what is going on. Haunted by aliens in his dreams, his comic book drawings take on a new spin, and now he is either crazy or has turned criminal overnight!
The author, Winfield Strock, weaves a fascinating tale with realistic characters and some commonly shared beliefs about aliens. Strock takes time to build the characters, both good and evil, slowly and thoroughly. Each situation and character was well executed and blended into the narrative smoothly creating a captivating storyline. The plot twists were well written leaving the biggest one for the ending!
The narrator, Jack de Golia, is an outstanding voice actor. He flawlessly slipped into each character vividly and with enthusiasm appropriate to the situation. He maintains each character consistently throughout. He projected the perfect amount of suspense to keep the storyline captivating.
This is an entertaining sci-fi story that will stick with you long beyond the ending.
