Pipa, i-Bob, Leni und K haben schon so einige Spielkonsolen gesehen. Die mysteriöse KIBU jedoch, die sie von Jimi in die Hand gedrückt bekommen, ist mehr als nur ein elektronisches Spielzeug. Kaum wird sie eingeschaltet, finden sich die vier urplötzlich im Londoner Hyde Park wieder. Die KIBU hat sie in Sekundenschnelle dorthin gejumpt. Aber warum läuft auf ihrem Display ein Countdown ab?
Fortan folgen die vier jungen Berliner den geheimnisvollen Hinweisen, die auf der kleinen Wundermaschine erscheinen. Diese sollen sie zu einem wichtigen KIBU Tagg führen, auf dem sich die Jumpformel befindet. Denn damit wird die KIBU endlich steuerbar. Das Rätsellösen entpuppt sich allerdings als gefährlich, denn der international gesuchte Gangster Viktor Katorga und seine finsteren Leute sind hinter den Kids her. Skrupellos jagen sie die vier quer durch Englands Hauptstadt, weil sie die KIBU unbedingt an sich reißen wollen. Dabei schrecken sie vor nichts zurück.
