Good story

The story was good, lots of action and well played out scenes. I feel that during ch 14 when the meet Barbara the narration speeds up so I had so slow it down to .85 speed and it sounded right again. I feel like there needs to be more books in the series. I found that some aspects that were added in were not continued or went into depth about why that was said or happened.

I LOVED THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the City Spies books so much and I personally like this one the most and that is really saying something since the standard is really high. Plus, James Ponti absolutely COOKED with this book! I love this book so much because, they reunite with Annie, Mother’s, aka “Birdy’s”(I donno how to spell his name) bio family is back together and we FINALLY got to learn more about Clementine. For the whole series I was like, “TelL mE MorE AboUt CLeMy!” And since I finally got that, this is like literally the quintessential book. Lastly, I like the personality that James Ponti gave the Prince of Wales. He’s so nice and he doesn’t like his cousin Alice either ‘cause she’s a rat. So, he’s chill. And I also could feel what Cairo was feeling the way James Ponti described his feelings when Annie went missing. So this book is the best. That’s a fact. 10 outta 10!!!!!

The first time there isn’t any action and you get to breathe is chapter 20. It’s great

I was crying with happiness, panic and sadness

I was crying and having panic attacks throughout this whole book. I was also jumping up and down with happiness. I am sad to hear that this might be the last book in the series. It would be amazing if books were created about everyone's future, especially with Brooklyn raising in the ranks of MI6.

Doesn't feel resolved

It seemed like James Ponti was building towards something epic in all the rest of the books, but this book was very low action. It seems like for a master criminal it should have been harder to beat La Fantome, expecially because they failed so many times before. It also feels like the book ended before the plot was over. Overall the actual book was pretty good, but disapointing in correlation to the rest of the series. If there's another book, then it's fine, but if it's the last books as hinted in the book, it's a disapointment.
