not up to par

I have multiple books by Maureen and I really enjoy them all. in this one I have to say that it glosses over things and I expected more, based on previous writings. For example, what she calls meditations are basically just affirmations. To be amazing she could have created actual short meditations using the affirmations. Then you could bookmark them and do them easily. She doesn't actually do a meditation for what she is calling "meditation".

There are some valuable points throughout this book, but like others have mentioned, this info is in other books. Since it's supposed to come after her other 5d books I thought it would be more intensive.

The narrator is very upbeat in tone so she is ok. I do enjoy listening to this kind of book to keep me in the mode of 5d but I don't feel like this book offered as much as I thought it could.

Last, there are quite a few places where literal actual same wording of paragraphs is re- used in the book in different places and she references her own books for certain info. As in "go to page XYZ in _________ book". While that cuts down on verbage, and assumes you have these other books, it's an example of how the material is not fresh to me.

Not all that

This seems to be one of those books that tells you the whole way through what it can offer you and never provides the substance. Disappointing.

Life changing!

I learned so many new tools to help me with my growth in life, I feel so much gratitude everyday now and I feel like there’s so much help I could ask for from so many people, thanks to this book for showing me who and different ways of asking!
