Every time we start to feel knowledgeable or proficient someone comes along and opens another door. That’s what this book does for me. Not just in the world of horses but in the world of relationships with animals in general and the acceptance of beings. Human or a horse or dog....The thoughts and views expressed in this book cannot the unseen or unforgotten. You just can’t go backwards. The narration is done slowly and very measured but sometimes I still had to stop and back up anyway and re-listen. Thank you for this book

The Beautiful Value of Listening to Understand

It’s difficult to write a review about Kerri’s book due to its uniqueness. She opens herself up in an effort to help the reader see - feel what is possible if interested. By nature we humans tend to dominate. It’s how we are made and she offers no judgement about that. What she does do is offer another way of connecting and essentially asks “Would you like to try?” She points to the door and opens it.

Her model for this type of connection is utilized in the way she rolls out her thoughts and ideas.

At this stage of my life, I’m ready to make a change. It’s what I want. While she is referring to her interactions with horses, the bigger picture here is that it’s applicable to any connection we want to make.

Useless book

This lady is so out of touch. She's repeatedly talking about how horses played a role in joining humans? that they have a choice and that they absolutely love humanity? not even close. You're clueless.
