Brilliant*Brail, Rail,Nail,Rain,Bar Rant, Liar....
This was so light and refreshing i wanted it to keep going, what happens between Lenny and Ned was Amy at their wedding?
THe Headline will only make sense if you take the time to listen or read this funny, intelligent, sometimes sad and moving story.

Fantastic!
What a brilliant debut by this author. The narrator was spot on regarding the characters as she pulled me into each and everyone of them. One of the best and well written books I’ve ever had the pleasure of listening to. I will definitely be following this author and reading more of her books.

I loved the main character - her personality in that there was humor, matter-of-factness, warmth, courage and incredible coping skills - it was impossible not to love her.

Lenny deserves all of our love.
What a fun adventure getting to know Lenny. I normally don’t like books that go back and forth in time but it works for this story. I enjoy quirky characters and how they learn to navigate the world. Overcoming abuse is always a triumph. I’d love to see a sequel written so that I can enjoy more time with Lenny. Highly recommend this one.

Lovable lead character
Overall this was a fun listen. I definitely enjoyed the story line. I did start to zone out a time or two, but it still managed to surprise me in the end. If you’re looking for a good beach read I’d give it a go. If you’re looking to be fully immersed and riveted, I keep looking.
