Great Insight
This concept of God’s love for me has always perplexed me. Bowden helped me to understand God’s love. I’m still not there yet. This is one of those books that’s so rich with insight that I have to read it again and again.

Confirmation of God’s Word.

The truth about learning to be loved.
This is one of the best explanations of what it means to be loved by God. I had a similar background to this author and that made the book more compelling to me. I think it would revolutionize the church as a whole if we could grasp this!

Be open to the gateways that God wants to show you his love 
David’s descriptions and examples of the identified gateways that God wants to use to show his love to us. Were awesome! 
Mart’s “ stories” however, at times were a bit difficult to relate to. I’m sure he is a wonderful man of God, but the spheres  of influence he has being a multimillionaire, let’s face it, are mostly out of reach for us who live as the common man.
