The table of contents is at the end, and all lessons of the same type are grouped together. First there are the all vocabulary/phrase lessons, then all the cultural lessons, then the pronunciation. It would be better (I think) if it were pronunciation, voca/phrase, culture, voca/phrase, culture, voca/phrase, culture, etc.
The alternating between cultural and vocabulary/phrasal lessons may be a personal preference.
But the Table of Contents and Pronunciation sections should def be first.
