Fine sequel,but the first book was better

I found the first book in the series stunning. so I bought all the rest of the series. This second one kind of dragged on for me. Can't really say why, as I liked the characters the author is developing the story around. There was action, but for some reason I found it a bit boring in comparison to the first book. I will read the 3rd in the series, and hope that it returns to the spectacular style of the first.

Extraordinary

I have become hooked. This author is very engaging and makes me try to anticipate whether or not I have foreseen what he is trying to write. I am no where close. He has engaged my imagination to the impossible and at the end he throws you a curve ball. But if you where listening then you wonder if that curve ball will be discovered later.

AWESOME ADVENTURE

The second book is as good as the first. It held my attention from beginning to the end. Started the third book right now.

Hooked!

The scientific possibilities this book creates in the mind are endless, especially as our world tackles the issue of climate change and growing list of diseases. Totally mesmerizing series - can’t wait for the next book.

Thoughtful, suspenseful, otherworldly and humane

Grumley has created a lovely series. The thriller blends so thoughtfully with compassion and humanity - it is an unexpected combination.
And Scott Brick is absolutely the perfect voice for this series.

Great series!

Enjoy all the books in this series so far. Well written and entertaining. Author has the science right enough without going into so much detail as to loose the reader's attention.

Excellent story and well read.

Enjoyed both books in this series since far awaiting the next one. Great to see self published authors getting traction out here.
