I wish I had been given this book 40 years ago when I was starting out. I bought 5 books to give to young women leaders. Cannot recommend it enough.

Amazing narration and content
Hearing straight from the author on this, who has a beautiful voice and accent, was a delight. The the book is a series of letters that she’s writing regarding leading as a woman in various spaces. Very insightful and encouraging.
