Enjoyed the way the author ties your natural organic lawn to your health. It's clear he's concerned about the environment and talks about converting your lawn to a healthier, natural, and organic one without the use of any hazardous pesticides. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to have the greenest, natural, lawn in their neighborhood.

The author did an excellent job at incorporating their knowledge and experience in lawn care into this thorough audiobook. From choosing grass types to add nutrients to control insects and weeds. The chapters on "Dealing with diseases" were quite helpful. The narrator, John B. Jenkins, does a fantastic job narrating the story.

Everything I needed to know!

When we moved into our first property, we were torn between real grass or fake but we decided to go with real and we have never looked back. There is nothing like the smell of freshly cut grass. However, my lawn has been tough to get to the quality that I would like. I have tried different things but after listening to this I feel like I now have all in information I need to grow and more importantly, maintain a top quality lawn. The book takes you through everything from, understanding different types of soil, grass and nutrients. I also really like the later chapters of pests, diseases and dealing with wether issues. We're moving to a bigger house with a bigger garden this year so I can put all this amazing info into practice from the start! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to know all there is to about lawns!

This book is very resourceful, it helps identifying which kind of grass your home has. By reading this book, I know that most grass need 6 hours sunlight to do well. This book will also help you select the most tolerant grass for the weather you live in. If you live in a frigid weather, you will need to get a salt tolerance grass. So much valuable info has been provided that is useful in various climate. I absolutely recommend this book to everyone if you want a green and healthy lawn.
