This is the story of Kraftwerk as a cultural phenomenon, who turned electronic music into avant-garde concept art and created the soundtrack to our digital age.

It is not overly academic, it is quite entertaining and will quickly send you back to the great music of Kraftwerk, this time with a much better understanding of the depth and concept.
The narration is also excellent.
Highly recommended, not just for Robots and Man Machines, but also for regular Humans.
