Story
Our prisons and mental hospitals are filled with tragic stories like Tuesday Storm's. Her early childhood was riddled with torturous "games" and violent physical attacks. She was isolated from the rest of her family, locked in an attic with nothing but a bare bed and a bucket for a toilet, and fed just enough to be kept alive. The experts say it's next to impossible to find the soul's light in a dark past like Tuesday's.

Fifteen million Americans a year are plagued with alcoholism. Five million of them are women. Many of them, like Caroline Knapp, started in their early teens and began to use alcohol as "liquid armor", a way to protect themselves against the difficult realities of life. In this extraordinarily candid and revealing memoir, Knapp offers important insights not only about alcoholism, but about life itself and how we learn to cope with it.

decent entry
This is a decent entry into the subject. Seems to be well thought out. Narration is very painful to listen too. All the narration errors could have easily been corrected.

Beginners book
Good Keto information. The book jives with other keto related books. Definitely a beginner book for keto dieters. My only negative is the editing; there are several areas that need to be re-edited. I received a free copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
