I had to have it!
I had previously listened to the "entry-level" version that really helped me begin to journal as part of my routine. It made such an impact that I wanted to give it a listen again--and if I was going to do that, I might as well pick up the next version as well in a combo pack, and I'm glad that I did. I haven't started the actual journaling for growth yet, but the listen was impactful with regard to the necessity of doing so. Our memories tend to fail us, and journaling this way will help me to realize exactly what was going on during different times, both good and bad. The topics for growth offered will be handy for a VERY long time and something I will come back to. The story is excellent, and it is communicated very well by the narrator Jasmine!

Highly Recommend!!! Really insightful book combo
This book combo is soo perfect! Both books are really easy to follow and listen to throughout the day and you will learn a ton about journaling and starting your personal growth journey. If you are trying to get started on journaling and make it a habit or already have started your journal process and you are looking for new tips and techniques to really turn this into a growth practice then this is exactly what you need. Really solid content - the combo is the way to go.

Great Collection! Good Value!
I loved getting both of these books as one set. If you have ever wanted to start making use of journaling to help you stitch to and reach your goals, this combo is a great starting point. There are tips on how to get started, and guidance on how to structure your day to get the most out of the time you set aside for Journaling. And of course, if you are just intimidated by starting a journal, she has that covered too. ONce you get the journaling process started the next book helps you to refine using this as a daily tool to set and achieve your goals. Great Books! Loved the easy-flowing narration! Well thought out and easy to follow the format from the author!

An excellent combination to kick-start journaling!
This is a unique audiobook that has never crossed my search history in Audible before. The originality and freshness of this audio content is a perfect start out for those interested in journaling -just like me. In addition, these two guides are practical and easy to follow, which makes journaling so approachable and helped me transform my life in a better way by making journaling a habit. I love listening to this during long drives so that I can come home to have the best journaling experience ever. The techniques included in the first guide are highly applicable, and I have longed to have this change in my life. Listen to this audiobook, and you'll realize how important it is to have a good journaling habit.

Journaling to the rescue!
Before I read these books, I used to take notes on those little yellow sticky notes, torn-off corners and backs of old envelopes. I wrote ideas everywhere and then had to go through them to find what I needed. I needed help. And these glorious books came to the rescue. I loved the tips and ideas on how to journal and how to organize my ideas, thoughts, and goals so I can gain clarity, and sort through my thoughts and feeling so I can create a life I love. I highly recommend this value combo to anyone wanting to start journaling or to those who want to get out of sticky note hell!

Amazing book! I learned so much new techniques
