Great new habit

There is no doubt that affirmations are impactful in our lives. This audiobook is a great option for those in pursuit of peace. These affirmations are on the spot to help you heal wounds from your past, very calming and empowering.

Great affirmations

Great audiobook to listen to every day to help with anxiety and depression. It has helpful affirmations and the music is very calming. I heard its good to listen to positive affirmations every night before going to bed to reprogram your subconscious mind so I will try that with this audio. Would recommend.

a daily must

no matter what you are working on for the day. there is a chapter in this book to help you make the best of the day! the Narrator was a little off. personal preference could have been a little more up beat.
